I carted two parcels to this post office to be told that they were too large and they would not take them. I was informed that I had to take them to the main post office a few miles away. I knew this was incorrect yet he argued with me. I then took them to the West Hoathly who took them without any issues at all and who also confirmed that ANY post office should take them. West Hoathly has 5* reviews so maybe Lindfield could learn a thing or two!

Rude, unhelpful staff, very unreliable service. Don’t post anything important from there, it never arrives. Also don’t have anything delivered there, they’ll lose it. I’d give it a zero if it was possible…

Always rude. Never apologetic. Never helpful. I don't know why the people running the Post Office in Lindfield have to be so miserable. I always hate having to go there.

Really rude people who resent any queries. And never wear masks. Properly brings down the village.
